Needle Nut
A very special little piece for all of us who are nuts about our needlework! This little treasure is stitched on 30 count silk gauze - the holes will seem really HUGE if you have been recently stitching a lot on the 40 count. Also adding to the charm of this piece is the Simply Wool thread from The Gentle Art - it is just the right size and weight for the 30 count gauze and gives a wonderful texture to the piece. The front side notes an abbreviated definition of "acorn" and the addition of a brass charm included in your chartpak. I've personalized the back side with my name and date - an alphabet is provided so you can customize as you like or perhaps leave it clean and plain. The finished size is approximately 1-3/4" wide by 2-1/4" high, and finishing instructions are included in your chartpak. It's a wonderful scissor fob or other ornament to something special in your collection. | |||
