Mini-Stocking Ornaments
These designs combine the stunning look of silk gauze stitching with the rich colors of hand-dyed wools to create lovely ornaments for
the holidays. You stitch the cuff design, quickly fashion it into a bit of a
napkin ring shape and slide it onto a small wool stocking, embellished as
you like.
The stockings are about 5” tall overall, with the stitched cuffs about 2-1/4” wide x not quite 2” high. You will need a bit of lining fabric for the back side of the cuff and a cut of wool about 6” x 7” in addition to whatever embellishments you choose, if any. Complete finishing instructions are included.
Stitch count is 90 wide x 73-80 high. "Trick or Treat" is fine for a
beginner, but the remaining two are best for a more experienced stitcher.
