Isaiah 40:11 (leaflet)
 A charming verse from the Old Testament…one version classic and the other more whimsical. "He gathers the lambs in His arms and holds them close to His heart" is stitched on 28ct linens with a few simple specialty stitches, using the same palette of Weeks Dye Works and Gentle Art overdyed floss. The more classic version is worked on Vintage linen and finishes to 4¾" w x 7" h. Using the same colors, but stitched on Riviera Country French linen, the tall narrow version takes on a completely different look! I originally designed this for Eric's first communion class, and it would make a lovely remembrance for any special occasion – easily personalized by adding the pertinent information at the bottom – or for anytime! |
