This guy is not scary at all – so calling him a scarecrow doesn’t really seem right! It’s a simple, chunky design and I’ve stitched him with perle cottons on 10ct Betsy Ross linen for an easy stand-up figure about 9” tall. A small piece of hand-dyed wool is included to appliqué the heart patch to his overalls!

The framed model uses overdyed floss on 28ct Pearl linen from Zweigart and finishes to a small 2 ½“ x 5 ½”. The whimsical denim pillow is topped with the design worked in punchneedle – again with overdyed flosses – and punched directly onto some pretty 40ct hand dyed linen from R&R Reproductions. Clay buttons from Just Another Button Co. embellish all 3 models.

A multi-use iron-on transfer is included to stamp the punchneedle design on your fabric.
