Our new puppy "Dixie" isn’t a black lab, but she is a perfect example of “dog tired” after a good play session! You will use both 1- and 3-strand punchneedles for this design, some size 8 perle cottons, Caron’s Wildflowers thread, and some overdyed floss (in this case "Black Crow" from The Gentle Art for our black lab – but you can change it to match your best friend).

The punched model is about 5" x 3.5" and is applied to a simple flange pillow made from some wonderful colors of Weeks Dye Works wools – all the instructions are included in your pattern!
