Bit of Merriment
Non-traditional Christmas colors will provide a real pop of color for your tree with this piece – even the names of the thread colors are tempting (lemon lime, orange marmalade, spring grass, berry splash, etc.) I used bits of wool from Weeks Dye Works (Blue Topaz, Bubble Gum and Meadow along with some fusible web) for a very colorful finish. Eliminate the backstitched borders and this piece will also fit nicely into a teeny 2” x 2” frame. Stitch count: 77 wide x 77 high (2.2" square)
